Michael Bevan Business Performance offers a three tier training program for those wishing to either develop executive coaching skills or to become an executive coach. Successful completion of Level 1 allows participants to receive an understanding of the foundation of executive coaching methodologies and skills.

Level 1 provides the foundations of knowledge necessary to provide the context for executive coaching and an understanding of
coaching as both a philosophy and a process. Key coaching concepts are explained and the internal mechanics of the coaching
process are outlined via a five stage model. Importantly, there are multiple opportunities to build and refine these skills through
supervised practice.
